International Conference on Spatial Cognition

Dear Colleagues,
We would like to take this opportunity to personally invite you to attend the

3rd International Conference on Spatial Cognition,

which will be held in Rome & Perugia during the second week of September 2006 for the duration of 4 days (12, 13, 14 & 15). The Conference will focus on the topics regarding Dynamics in Spatial Interactions, that is the specific title for this year.

It is our great pleasure to welcome participants from all over the world. The aim of the Conference is to represent a convergence of the studies on spatial cognition, evidencing that changes are the common underlying relationships. Therefore, particular attention would be paid on the discussion about how the spatial events are in constant development and respond to the rules of the organism-environment interaction.

In order to facilitate interdisciplinary discussion and spread new, unpublished research of scientists involved in spatial cognition by several different approaches, all spatial-related scientific disciplines, modalities, and perspectives (behavioural, cognitive, computational, developmental, engineering, neuroanatomical, physiological, social) will be considered in the program.

We look forward to welcome you to Rome and Perugia and hope you will take advantage of the many exciting lectures and touristic opportunities that the 2006 International Congress offers.
